Proposal Floor Plan for the two storey Apartment

This is our proposal plan for our client for his two floors apartment project. Its a duplex type of apartment, which one part is a two unit apartment. One unit apartment is on the ground floor and the other unit on the first floor.

 Each unit composed of the following requirements:
3-Bed room
2-3 Toilet and baths
Living Room
Dining Room
Kitchen

The design is simple and compact to fit the 4 unit apartments. This has around 380 square meters floor area on the ground floor and also around 380 square meters on the first floor.

Extension Living Room Interior

 This is our latest interior project. It is a living room extension for the visitor of our client. It is actually beside the swimming pool. The owner likes to entertain the visitor outside of his normal living room of his residence. So that he and his family would have a private and separate from the visitor.

It is only 90 square meters extension living room. It has kitchenette, a small bar counter and with a fireplace and of course the living area.And it has also a toilet and bath and wash area. The floor are finished with wooden parquet. It is quiet a simple but elegant interior. Quiet enough for the visitor to be entertained.

This is the view on the other side of the  living room. you can see the entrance door and the fireplace.
All the interior furniture's are simple and zen.

Laying of plumbing pipes and steel reinforcements

We are now on laying of plumbing pipes and steel reinforcements for the basement floor area.
But before that we have poured concrete screed and leveled the floor. and also we have installed the proper water proofing membrane or material.

We used Sheet flex water proofing membrane

40 mil (approximately a light 1/16") thick elastomeric sheet membrane that features a 2" double-stick lap joint to enable quicker sealing of side seams while creating a water tight seal to assure waterproof defense. 

This is the other side of the project of the basement floor area. Almost done laying the steel reinforcement bars. and done also installing the plumbing pipes for the drainage. 

Subsequently we are almost ready for the pouring of concrete for the basement floor rough finishing. 
 

Excavation for the Project

 Excavation for one of our  projects. We now started excavating for the footing of the building structure. It is not that easy, since the site was in the middle of a neighborhood. We keep an eye of the workers always, So we would not bother the other properties. This project has 3 floors with basement parking on it.

 We then put support structure for the other fence wall of the neighbor to prevent it from falling down as we continue excavating.

Two Storey Modern Minimalist Design Villa

This is are new proposed project for our client. A two storey villa with roof deck. Its a new residence for a new couple. It has three bed rooms with each a toilet and bath. it has also an informal and formal living rooms. and also with dining and kitchen. and on the second floor it has a kichenette and family area or private area. Proposed 2 storey commercial & residential building. It has 5 unit commercial and has 8 unit residential apartment. The owner requires only a simple but elegant design. In every apartment unit it has 2-3 bedroom, 1 kitchen, 1 dining and a living room and 2 bathrooms.
