This is our proposal plan for our client for his two floors apartment project. Its a duplex type of apartment, which one part is a two unit apartment. One unit apartment is on the ground floor and the other unit on the first floor.
Each unit composed of the following requirements:
3-Bed room
2-3 Toilet and baths
Living Room
Dining Room
Kitchen
The design is simple and compact to fit the 4 unit apartments. This has around 380 square meters floor area on the ground floor and also around 380 square meters on the first floor.
