This one storey dream home design has 3 bedrooms and 2 toilet and bath. The floor area of 93 sq.m. can be built in a lot having a minimum area of 150 sq.m. taking into account the the minimum lot frontage is at least 11 meters.
Single attached design is efficient for narrow lots since, you can go away with a 1.5 meter setback as required by local building codes. This dream house is so designed that a 200 sq.m. lot is efficiently used, having a bigger lot though can of course accommodate space for parking or garage on the right side of the house along the porch and dining area.
