KITCHEN AND DINING EXTENTION

A proposed design for the dining and kitchen extension for Jurao Family Residence. The concept of this design is a fusion of modern and classical. The idea was to make it simpler but elegant. The old residential building was a classical one. And to make it look more new stylish i just make a fusion of the classical and modern design. It has also a viewing veranda to add its elegance with a big glass sliding door and a fixed glass window on each side of the door. This veranda will be good for entertaining and relaxing. It has a stainless steel railing around it. On the far side of  the dining area near to kitchen entrance it has a featured designed wall. With a stone finished framed false column. On the kitchen inside, All the hanging cabinet door was made of  black reflected glass. On the kitchen sink side it has a glass sliding window with curtain.

2-Storey Commercial Building

2-STOREY COMMERCIAL BUILDING 

This is one of my old project before. It is actually an existing old commercial building before and i was task to renovate it and make it more appealing modern design commercial building. It is a two storey building with a viewing deck on the top floor. the glazing was fantastic when it was done in actual. All the drawing was done in manual. Using pen and ink in standard tracing paper. This drawing was already a product of a blueprint to be used in acquiring building permit.

This is the exterior perspective of the newly redesigned 2 storey commercial building.

BEACH RESORT

 This was my old project, A beach resort in the Philippines. 
It was all drawn manually by hand. It has a Bamboo restaurant, Restobar and function hall. It has also suite and open cottages. The idea was to use an indigenous materials. Using the bamboo poles and bamboo slates, coconut trunks for some post, and cogon roofing or nipa roofing available in the area.
